Sleeps six across three bedrooms and two full baths, with a first-floor king bedroom and bath. Equipment: private XL hot tub, outdoor grill, EV charger, walk-in tile spa shower, full kitchen, electric fireplace, Free Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer. House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM / checkout 11:00 AM.
- Self check-in with a smart lock; the door code is sent the day of arrival.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
- One well-behaved dog is welcome ($75 pet fee per stay). Service animals are exempt.
- No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors — $1,000 fee.
- Hot tub: shower before use; no glass; replace the cover; no solo or intoxicated use; supervise children. A $50 maintenance fee applies only if extra cleaning is needed from improper use — it is not a booking fee.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events over occupancy.
Arrival
Check-in 4:00 PM / checkout 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock.
Cancellation
100% refund if you cancel 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refund inside 7 days.
